On Saturday I created my first linocut! I did some research on different printmaking techniques and I was very drawn to the look of woodcuts and linocuts. Linocut is easier than woodcut and less time-consuming, which explains my final choice...
I still have to fix certain parts, but overall, I am very pleased with the result!
I would like to add some colour to it, on the doll and on the floating flowers around her, and I really want to try a gradient effect.

oh and this guy... the latest addition to the pinecone family is really not doing so well, I'm not a fan.
